Unit Overview:

In this unit we learned how to create powerful presentations. It was our first unit so the subject matter that we used for our first presentation was ourselves. My job was to create an infographic to introduce myself to the class. We used PiktoChart as our technology tool to do this. Before starting my PiktoChart, I had to plan because, failing to plan is planning to fail. I needed to include basic information about myself as well as my learning style and brain type. After taking many online quizzes I learned more about myself and my learning style. Then I started to create my PiktoChart keeping the principles of design in mind.

If you want to create a presentation you need choose about what you will have my presentation. For example If you want to write About You, It mean that you need to write all thing about you and your life. You need to make all words contraste, for example If you have white paper you need to choose black color for your words. You need to write only the most important things. You need to make a big words, because if you will do small no one will can read your presentation.

I like this part and I think I am good at this. I like this part and I think I am good at this. I'm good at this because now I can do a presentation after we have passed this topic, I became more aware of how to deal with the technology and how to work on the computers.

 

Areas for Improvement:

 

Communication and Collaboration: Uses digital media and environments to communicate and work collaboratively.

 

If I want to be better in this thing I need more practice.
